ONLY ID-CARDS are accepted for verification! Other documents including International Passports are not accepted for verification! You will be rejected every time!

If verification in the app is not available after KG Wallet App updating, delete the App on your phone and download it again!

Don't forget to write down the 12-word secret phrase.

When verifying, be sure to indicate the first two letters of your ID-card! Otherwise, the verification will be rejected.
