STON.fi extended intermittent loss compensation and paid 1,478 STON to liquidity providers
❓ What does intermittent loss protection do?
This protection provides the ability to reduce the impact of fluctuations that occur when there is a strong change in the price ratios of tokens in the liquidity pool
📈 What is important to know about this protection:
- Works only in the STON/USDT V2 pool
- Compensation for up to 5.72% of non-permanent losses, which corresponds to a 50% decrease in the asset price
- Monthly protection budget is limited to $10,000
- Maximum payout per user is $100 in $STON tokens
- Payments are made automatically
- Works in case of a decrease in the STON rate within the specified period
Between January 1 and January 31, STON.fi sent $1,478 STON to liquidity providers in the STON/USDT v2 pool. Users who contributed liquidity to the STON/USDT v2 pool before February 1 are protected from intermittent losses until February 28.
