71 leads in 2 and a half weeks for a SMM specialist/ ROAS 616%

Tasks:
- A SMM specialist contacted me in order to draw up a complete communication strategy for obtaining leads from Instagram for services, profile packaging, branding and other services.

Deadlines:
- One week to test all sorts of creatives, both photo and video, and find a bundle that will give us a stream of leads


Description of work performance:
- We started working with the goal of Generating leads on Instagram, in order to receive a warm request for which services are interesting right now

Landing page, simple, we offered the development of a free strategy and its presentation

At the end of the funnel, we received a phone number and a name

With the help of the Apix Drive service, we uploaded all leads to a group created in Telegram, for the convenience of calling requests.

We have now moved on to the Message goal, where we managed to reduce the order price from $2 to less than $1 per started conversation, and we plan to continue working towards this goal.

Creative formats we used:

The format of native creatives that were made on Instagram itself, where to make stories, worked best. They gave us a click-through rate of 1% ctr and higher with a small cpm

Geolocation:

We started the launch from Ukraine in order to test creatives at a low cpm, and then working creatives were tested and received leads from all over the world. Poland, Germany, USA, Italy, Czech Republic and other countries

Results: Over the past 2 and a half weeks, we spent $146 on advertising and received 71 targeted applications At the moment, the customer has closed 3 clients with a check of $300. They invested $146 and got $900 at the exit from the marketing funnel The total ROAS was 616%
