Case: 17,600 $ for a children's camp for 2.5 months💸

Task 🎯The goal is to attract customers to book shifts in the summer camp.

The target audience is, of course, parents of children aged 8-12.


☝️ I want to start with a couple of difficulties that were at work.

- We started work quite late, on May 20 we contacted the client, discussed everything necessary and I started.

- This is late, because the launch took place on May 26, due to a large number of problems in RK, creating a new BM and untying insta from the old blocked BM. Creating creatives and improving the landing page.

What was done:

1. An audit of the Instagram profile was conducted, and tips were implemented to improve the overall image.

2. Several target audiences of parents were analyzed and selected (1 - with interests in raising children, 2 - with interests in recreation, 3 - broad without interests).

3. Prepared 3 creatives for each audience + offers,
competitors were analyzed and a test advertising campaign was launched

Difficulties

At first, things didn't go super smoothly, 😐 the Lead Generation goal was selected, but it didn't give us the desired results, the lead was $4.90 on average.

The camp service is expensive: therefore even this price would be normal, but we were not satisfied with the quality of the leads.

Therefore, we decided to work with messages and continued with them. We worked with only one audience, parents with interests in raising children.

During the work, creatives were often changed, as they quickly burned out and did not give results.

Live creos with joyful children from the camp worked best.

Results:

In the course of correcting all the disadvantages and going to scale, we managed to achieve the following results.

✅ Average cost of ice: $4

✅Conversion to shift booking: 22%

✅Sales amount: UAH 650,000 💵

Cooperation ended a month ago, the client was generally satisfied with the work of the target.
