Project Manager
Novakid is an English language school for children 4-12 years old, which allows children to remotely learn a foreign language according to a teaching program that meets European CEFR standards on an equal footing with their English-speaking peers (Novakid teachers are native speakers from the US, UK, and other countries).
🌸You won’t be creating the content - but you will be the operational backbone of the team.
🌸You’ll oversee project timelines, manage Jira boards, facilitate collaboration across teams,
🌸And ensure quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes are followed consistently.
🌸You’ll also work closely with team leads and cross-functional partners — including data and analytics teams — to track, report, and interpret key performance metrics, helping identify what’s working, where improvements are needed, and how content performance links to learner outcomes and conversion success.
🌸You’ll turn insights into actionable strategies that enhance the effectiveness and impact of our learning content, ensuring that metric-driven decisions guide how we innovate, prioritize, and deliver engaging learning experiences.
