SRE / Trading Operations Engineer

A fast-growing HFT startup is looking for an SRE / Trading Operations Engineer to join its Dubai office. The team is made up of top professionals from Google, Bloomberg, Yandex, and Raiffeisen. With rapid expansion underway, now is the ideal time to join and make a real impact!
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and escalate incidents to ensure high availability.
- Analyze performance metrics (latency, etc.) using Grafana, Prometheus, etc.
- Collaborate with engineers, traders, and infrastructure teams.
- Automate workflows and deployments.
- Manage configurations (Ansible) and support CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to documentation and process improvements.
-Participate in on-call rotation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience, ideally with stable tenure (average 2,5–3 years per role).
- Strong Python automation skills.
- Proficiency with Linux (shell, networking).
- Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, ElasticSearch, ClickHouse.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible and CI/CD systems.
-Fluent English (C1+).
