⚡️ WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Requirements analysis, system design, Python + AI development, troubleshooting, performance optimisation

- Build scalable Python apps with FastAPI + Pydantic

- Asynchronous / parallel programming with asyncio

- Code reviews — enforce guidelines & quality

- Integrate multi-modal GenAI models (text-to-image, text-to-audio, etc.)

- Work independently & collaboratively

- Coordinate day-to-day operations & provide clear instructions

- Regular client communication

- Technical leadership: mentor, coach, lead by example

✅ WHAT YOU BRING (Must-have)

- 5+ years in development

- Strong Python + FastAPI

- Pydantic for data validation & schema definition

- Hands-on asyncio, async/parallel programming

- GenAI + LLMs for real-world problems & agentic AI applications

- RAG pipelines + hybrid search with vector databases

- Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset

- Pragmatic balance between process & flexibility

- Self-management, prioritisation, deadline-driven

- Excellent troubleshooting & communication skills

- English: Intermediate+

✨ NICE TO HAVE

- Azure Cloud (Service Bus, Data Lake, Blob Storage, Redis, etc.)

- Agentic protocols: MCP, A2A

- LangGraph stack (long-term memory, HIL workflows, state management)

- .NET experience

- Docker + Kubernetes

- Microservices architecture at scale
