We are looking for a new addition to our ML team - NLP Machine Learning Engineer. As a part of our fast-growing team you will play an important role in developing and implementing machine learning models to enhance our products and services.
- Develop intent‐classification models to accurately identify user intents
- Fine‐tune prompts and optimize large-language models for enhanced performance
- Analyze chat interactions to extract insights, monitor trends, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement
- Deploy and maintain machine-learning models
- (Optional) Develop and integrate voice-bot solutions for candidates with audio processing experience.
What we expect from candidate:
- 2+ years' experience as an NLP/ML Engineer
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML/NLP frameworks
Hands-on expertise in core NLP tasks:
- Proven track record designing, developing, and deploying ML models and end-user products
- Experience optimizing models for performance and efficiency in production
- Voice-bot development or audio-processing experience
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker)
- Infrastructure-as-Code knowledge (Terraform)
- Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
