Infrastructure Architect (with DevOps hands-on)

Company is a leading back-office solution provider for Fintech companies that specializes in brokerage-related solutions.
Due to the company`s growth we are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect with hands-on DevOps to lead the modernization and operational excellence of IT infrastructure, in Riga office.
What You`ll Do:
- Optimize daily IT infrastructure operations (servers, cloud, networks, virtualization).
- Drive modernization projects automation, cost optimization, and cloud transformation.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code, monitoring, and self-healing capabilities.
- Oversee incident/change management and ensure service KPIs are met.
- Collaborate with business and IT leadership to align strategy and delivery.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in IT infrastructure.
- Proven track record managing complex infrastructure operations (networks, servers, cloud, virtualization).
- Experience leading modernization or transformation programs (cloud migration, automation, DevOps adoption).
- Demonstrated success in process design, and performance management.
— Strong grasp of automation tools and Infrastructure-as-Code principles
- Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL, CI/CD, and DevOps frameworks.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
- Awareness of cybersecurity principles and operational compliance.
- Good communication skills in Russian and English
- Experience in a leadership role will be an advantage.
