Tech / Team Lead SRE
Format: on-site (Limassol 🇨🇾 or Dubai 🇦🇪), relocation supported
Salary: €7,000–10,000 + bonus 💶
Hi!
We are seeking a Technical Lead/SRE Team Lead for a build-from-scratch setup. Initially, the role will be entirely hands-on, with responsibility for the production trading reliability. Later on, the role will involve building and leading an SRE/TradeOps team.
An algorithmic trading company building its own ultra-low-latency HFT infrastructure for global financial markets.
– Own production reliability for trading binaries
– Handle incident management, escalation and on-call duties
– Build observability, monitoring and analytics
– Perform deep Linux, systems and performance troubleshooting
– Improve the platform in a complex technical environment
– Over time, take ownership of team leadership and operational processes
– 6+ years of experience in SRE
– Strong Unix/Linux skills with hands-on production debugging
– Coding experience in Python or Go
– Experience with high-load / mission-critical systems
– Kubernetes / Docker / Grafana (nice to have)
– English level B2+
