We’re building digital products that bring clarity, confidence, and care to patients, and we’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer obsessed with quality and committed to perfecting the digital care experience - one detail at a time.

We’re not looking for someone who just checks boxes. We need someone who lives and breathes quality, notices the details others miss, and wants to help shape how testing works - not just follow what’s already there.

You’ll join a growing team where your voice matters, your ideas are heard, and your work directly improves the lives of real people.

What You’ll Do:

• Test web and mobile products (iOS & Android) across devices and platforms
• Write and maintain clear, structured test cases and test plans
• Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
• Log bugs clearly and efficiently in Asana
• Compare UI/UX to Figma designs and flag inconsistencies
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and developers to clarify requirements
• Check API responses and backend behavior using Postman, Swagger, and DevTools
• Help shape QA processes - we’re still building them!

What You Bring:

• 1–2 years of hands-on QA experience in tech, startups, or product teams
• Strong manual testing skills across web and mobile
• Experience creating and managing test documentation
• Solid understanding of QA principles and attention to edge cases
• Tools: Asana, Figma, Postman, Chrome DevTools (Charles/Android Studio/Xcode - nice to have)
• B1+ English - you can read docs and write reports
• A structured, curious mind and bias for action

Nice to have:

• Experience testing APIs or reading backend logs
• Understanding of UI/UX standards and common design patterns
• Cross-browser and cross-platform testing background
• Awareness of accessibility and responsive design
• Any exposure to automation is welcome, but not required
