About ENDGAME
Enterprise software doesn’t have to be slow, rigid, or overpriced. We are building the alternative: small, senior, specialized teams with strong business acumen ship purpose-built solutions in months, not years.

We deliver working products, not slideware. We unbreak enterprise software by partnering directly with users, owning outcomes end-to-end, and using our internal AI delivery blueprint for repeatable speed and quality.

The Role
You'll own customer engagements from start to finish—proof-of-value, requirements, MVP delivery, scale and results. You'll turn unclear business problems into shipped products that change how our clients work.

You connect customers, engineers, and leadership. You drive execution under real constraints. You measure and prove value.

What You'll Do
- Context: Lead workshops. Document business processes. Turn unclear needs into requirements that engineers can build against.
- Requirements: Write and maintain clear product requirements documents throughout the project. Keep them current, not filed away.
- Execution: Build project plans with schedules, milestones, and success criteria. Coordinate teams. Meet deadlines. Ship.
- Client Ownership: Serve as the main client contact. Run steering committees. Update executives. Manage expectations.
- Value Tracking: Define success metrics. Track progress. Report weekly. Show clients the value they're getting.
- Advocacy: Represent the customer throughout development. Gather feedback. Make sure we build what they need.

Required Skills
- Strong Technical Knowledge – you understand architecture, software development principles, and can talk to engineers. Experience with infrastructure, security, cloud environments, and data engineering is often valued.
- Proven delivery track record – you have a history of successfully shipping enterprise solutions on time and within budget. Experience with AI/ML products or workflows is a bonus.
- Project management – you bring strong organizational skills, can define clear success metrics, and consistently drive projects from concept to launch.
- Leadership & stakeholder management – you have experience leading teams and managing stakeholders at all levels, from cross-functional project teams to senior executives.
- Adaptability – You’re comfortable in unstructured environments, eager to learn new technologies, and able to approach problems with creativity and pragmatism.
- Leadership – You have experience leading teams and managing stakeholders at all levels, from cross-functional project teams to senior executives.
- Process-to-Product – You know how to translate complex business processes into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Communication – You write and speak clearly, can tailor your message to different audiences, and are effective with both internal and external stakeholders.
