Senior C++ Engineer (Trading Systems), Riga, Latvia

Salary Range: EUR 3,500 - 5,000 net

The company is a global trading technology company combining financial expertise with high-performance software engineering. Due to company growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior C++ Engineer to build and maintain scalable, low-latency trading systems.

What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ trading applications.
- Build resilient, fault-tolerant, and scalable systems.
- Optimize low-latency and high-throughput services for trading and risk management.
- Implement and improve async/sync communication services and APIs.
- Contribute to system architecture, performance tuning, and production stability.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional C++ development experience.
- Strong knowledge of OOP, STL, and multithreading.
- Experience with asynchronous and synchronous architectures, networking, and APIs.
- FinTech or trading systems background (FX, CFD, equities, derivatives).
- Passion for building stable systems that perform under high load.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with FIX protocol, market data feeds, and order execution.
- Low-latency systems or HFT experience.
- MT4/MT5 plugins development.
- Linux development and CI/CD pipelines.
