QA Team Lead (Bank)
As a QA Lead, you will be a part of our rapidly growing IT department of our BankPro project. You will join full-stack development team building a modern, secure, and scalable digital banking platform. Our mission is to deliver seamless financial services through cutting-edge technology, clean architecture, and a customer-first mindset.
- Backend: Java (Spring Boot)
- Frontend: React
- Mobile: Kotlin (Android), Swift (iOS)
- Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, AWS, Azure
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MSQL
- QA Tools: TestRail, Postman
- Lead quality assurance across the product and project
- Set up and maintain both automated and manual testing processes
- Ensure end-to-end quality of banking features and services
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps engineers
- Organize and manage test documentation (test plans, test cases, reports)
- Conduct code reviews for test automation
- Mentor and lead QA engineers; manage their workload and performance
- Ensure adherence to security, reliability, and performance standards
- 5+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a Senior or Lead role
- Strong background in test automation (UI, API, performance)
- Solid understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and system architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), version control (Git)
- Proficient in TestRail, Postman, and mobile testing tools (Xcode Simulator, Android Studio)
- Familiarity with Graylog, network sniffers, and debugging proxies
- Exposure to financial/banking systems and performance testing tools is a plus
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying improvements
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced agile environment
