Senior Product Manager
- Develop and implement product strategy aligned with TradingView's growth objectives
- Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics
- Lead product discovery to identify user needs and market opportunities
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success
- Prioritise feature development based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality implementation
- Validate product hypotheses through A/B testing, experimentation, and user research
- Analyse user feedback and behavioural data to identify improvement opportunities
- Stay current with financial technology trends, competitive landscape, and platform advancements
- Mentor and guide other product managers within the domain
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product progress effectively
- 5-7+ years of product management experience with customer-facing products
- Proven track record of leading successful products at scale
- Understanding of and genuine interest in financial markets and trading
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated data-driven decision making
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Expertise in product management methodologies and best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience in FinTech or financial services preferred
