We are searching for a skilled Back-End Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in building transactional, high-load systems— especially in the financial domain — and is passionate about performance, reliability, and large-scale integration.
- Collaborate with product designer and front-end engineer to build POCs and MVPs
- Bring complex AI/GenAI concepts to life
- Ensure data performance
You don’t need to have experience with every tool below — but you should be excited to work with most of them:
- 2-3+ years of backend development experience in high-load environments, ideally in fintech or banking systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience building scalable APIs using FastAPI.
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL: query optimization, transaction management, and ensuring data integrity in mission-critical systems.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architectures.
- Practical experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar) for real-time and batch data processing.
- Proven ability to design and implement backend flows that guarantee performance, reliability, and data consistency.
- Experience integrating AI/ML-powered services into backend systems (e.g., fraud detection, analytics, recommendation engines).
- Familiarity with microservices architectures and best practices for modular, maintainable codebases.
- Fluent in English.
- You have 2–4 years of experience building production web apps
- You’ve shipped products or MVPs in fast-moving environments
- You’re proactive, autonomous, and enjoy a “build fast, learn fast” mindset
- You speak tech as comfortably as you speak with designers and product owners
