As a Senior System Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping our corporate banking and investment platform, working with a modern tech stack that includes a React front-end and a Java back-end. Your expertise will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of critical systems that power our financial services.

Responsibilities:

Study system capabilities: design modifications, construct workflow charts and diagrams
Manage the requirements life cycle
Write technical specifications
Evaluate business processes
analyze requirements, uncover areas for improvement and development
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define, develop, shape, and refine requirements
Conduct research on industry best practices and standards to implement product improvements continuously
Interpret and evaluate research data to develop data-driven system analyses and projections

Hard Skills:

Strong understanding of Web development and cross-functionality between Web front-end and back-end
Strong understanding of Mobile development
Experience in the banking business as an analyst is considered to be an advantage
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Good understanding of agile methodologies
Good command of the English language, Russian will be advantage
Detail-oriented, analytical mindset
Ability to switch between several business domains
Excellent documentation skills
Experience in prototyping and visual modeling of the requirements and processes
Strong experience in software maintenance, ensuring system stability.
Proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects.
