Join our dynamic SAP CRM development team as a Lead QA Automation Engineer, where you'll collaborate with SAP functional consultants, ABAP developers, Scrum Masters, and QA experts to deliver exceptional solutions.

This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute automated tests using SAP CBTA
Create composite tests by stitching multiple test cases together
Utilize Test Data Containers for efficient test management
Write and maintain CBTA scripts for automation
Execute tests with multiple variables to ensure system reliability
Test SAP CRM functionalities, including provisioning orders, fulfillment statuses, and ODI steps
Collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure seamless integration and testing
Analyze architecture documents and work closely with development teams to identify and resolve software bugs
Contribute to the creation of QA strategies and ensure their implementation
Lead QA engineers and drive quality assurance initiatives

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of testing experience in software development life cycles
Hands-on experience with SAP system testing (SAP CRM, S4 is a big plus)
Proficiency in SAP CBTA and SAP Solution Manager for test automation and execution
Expertise in functional, integration, regression, E2E, usability, accessibility, compatibility, localization, and API testing
Knowledge of performance and security testing
Experience in test automation tools for front-end, back-end, and integrations
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-border teams with English as the main working language
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools

Nice to have

Solid experience in functional testing, QA metrics, plans, and test cases
E-commerce experience
Knowledge of SAP CRM BRIM (Hybris Billing)
Proven ability to create and implement QA strategies for projects
Experience leading QA teams and driving quality initiatives
