Servers.com is a global IaaS hosting platform providing a full range of computing, storage, and networking services for US, Europe, and Asia customers.
Our main product is a management system of various hosting services, including a customer portal and internal admin panels.

Responsibilities:

🟥manual functional, regression, and integration testing of the web service and related systems;
🟥collaboration with developers and product team to clarify requirements and testing scenarios;
🟥development and maintenance of test cases, checklists, and testing documentation;
🟥validation of integrations with infrastructure components (servers, switches, load balancers, Kubernetes, OpenStack);
🟥bug reporting and verification before releases.

What we expect:

🔵2+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer;
🔵knowledge of web application and distributed systems testing;
experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira);
🔵basic knowledge of SQL, HTTP, and networking;
🔵Linux user/administrator experience;
🔵English level sufficient for reading and writing documentation.
