System / Business Analyst
We are looking for a System / Business Analyst who thrives on ownership and technical depth. In this role, you'll lead complex integration projects end-to-end – from understanding system flows and API interactions to delivery and continuous improvement.You'll work closely with product, engineering, and AI teams, improving system integrations. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of technology and business, where you'll need to dig into data, test APIs, drive meaningful improvements from idea to delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable functional and system specifications.
- Lead analysis for complex and integration-heavy initiatives, involving multiple systems, services, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Take ownership of requirements throughout the full lifecycle – from discovery and design to delivery and post-launch improvements.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Participate in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support product rollouts and provide ongoing support and maintenance after implementation.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve system interactions, and enhance user experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business / System Analyst or similar role.
- Experience leading integrations or complex projects involving multiple systems, APIs, or services.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) for automation, data analysis, or workflow optimization.
- Confident SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
- Strong sense of ownership – you proactively drive initiatives forward and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Experience working with synchronous and asynchronous flows.
- Ability to read and understand JSON and proto files.
- Strong visualization and documentation skills to clearly communicate ideas, flows, and system behavior.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and cross-team coordination.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- A creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong can-do attitude.
- We have a hybrid model in one of our offices, or fully remote outside office locations.
