Business Development Director (Europe)
We are a group of international companies (IT/fintech), based in the USA, Europe and Asia with 1000+ people working on more than 10 different projects.
We are currently looking for a Business Development Director for a crypto company that has been in the market for 8 years, TOP-5 within its niche (our partners: Binance, Ledger, Moonpay), 135 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full cycle of partner engagement in the B2B segment - searching, negotiating, contracting;
- Management and development of the sales department (6 employees - Sales Department + Account Managers);
- Reorganize processes in Sales and Account Departments to increase the efficiency;
- Analyze the market and search for new partnership opportunities.
Requirements:
- High level of English (Native / Advanced);
- Experience in fintech / crypto markets as a Business Development Manager / Head of Sales;
- 2+ years of successful experience in partnering with large B2B clients in the fintech market. You've attracted new clients on your own: found them, connected with them, signed contracts.
