Work on my goals
Reading this article i start to think about my goals and how i try to achieve these ones.
The recipe to achieve dreams from the author is perfect, even wonderful, but it isn't suit for everybody, because there are different types of people who can wake up at morning and start to work on their dreams and others, like me, who wake up at 6 o'clock because it is nessesary.
So, my way is different than described in article.
I prefer to work on my goal in evening because i don't have other way.
There are some steps how to achieve your goals if you live like me)
Firstly, after work I take a shower at home because it is important to fresh my head after difficult day. So, it looks like as you wake up again but in evening.
Next step is to eat properly. I try to eat fresh and light food in evening to save my energy for future achievement. ( besides it helps to sleep well)
Next one is to put the noise cancelling headphones in your ears to reduce external sounds. ( it helps to concentrate)
And, last one is to work hard as long as you can ( it really helps to work on your dream , goals ans other staff)
