Architecture and Concept
Sea Theatre Rawai was created in collaboration with Architects 49 Phuket, known for their “architecture as landscape” philosophy.
Here, architecture becomes part of nature itself:
- Some sections of the house are intentionally left without a shared roof to “invite” the sky inside.
- Concrete and glass create an artistic play of light and shadow.
- The house looks like a sculptural object rather than a conventional building.
This asymmetry gives the villa a sense of motion — as if every level lives its own life. That’s why the project is called Sea Theatre — it feels like watching a performance where space, light, and water interact on stage.

Each shifted level and open roof segment are carefully designed to enhance the ocean view without blocking it for neighbors.
From every corner — the bedrooms, living room, even the bathroom — you can see the Andaman Sea from different angles, creating a true “360° view without walls” effect.
