LaFTon Bot Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting information received from users of LaFTon Bot and the LaFTon Bot Mini App running on the Telegram platform.
We recommend that each user carefully read this Policy before using the service.
1. Terms and definitions
1.1. Telegram is Telegram Messenger Inc.
1.2. LaFTon Bot is a comprehensive system that includes the Telegram bot @LaFTonBot and a web resource https://LaFTon.online , designed to provide services for the purchase of Telegram virtual goods, including Telegram Stars, Telegram Premium for 3, 6 and 12 months, as well as replenishment of the TON balance in Telegram. Payment for these services is carried out through the payment services Crypto Pay, xRocket Pay and MyTonWallet Pay.
1.3. Crypto Pay is a cryptocurrency payment service from Crypto Bot (@send). In more detail.
1.4. xRocket Pay is a cryptocurrency payment service from xRocket LLC (@xrocket). In more detail.
1.5. MyTonWallet Pay is a cryptocurrency payment service from MyTonWallet (ANYWAY LABS - FZCO) (mytonwallet.io , @myapp). In more detail.
1.6. User is an individual who uses LaFTon Bot to purchase virtual goods.
1.7. Fragment is a third—party service (Fragment LLC) that provides delivery of virtual goods: Telegram Stars, Telegram Premium and replenishment of the TON balance.
1.8. Privacy Policy is a document regulating the procedure for collecting, storing and processing user information when using LaFTon Bot.
2. Processing of public information
2.1. When launching the LaFTon Bot (for example, using the /start command), the bot automatically receives the following public information from Telegram:
• First and last name* (if specified)
3. Using third-party services
3.1. To pay for virtual goods, the User can choose one of the third-party payment services: Crypto Pay, xRocket Pay or MyTonWallet Pay.
3.2. LaFTon Bot is not responsible for the operation of third-party payment services. All questions regarding the processing of personal data and confidentiality within the framework of payment must be clarified in the privacy policy of the relevant service.
3.3. Upon purchase, if the User clicks the "Buy for yourself" button or specifies his/her username, LaFTon Bot can transfer the relevant data (for example, username) to the Fragment service to deliver the paid product.
3.4. LaFTon Bot does not control the operation of Fragment and is not responsible for its privacy policy. You can view it on the Fragment side.
4. Safety and responsibility
4.1. LaFTon Bot does not perform long-term storage of payment data (including, but not limited to: cryptocurrency addresses, private keys, etc.). Processing of such data is possible only to the extent necessary to fulfill the user's request (for example, to verify the presence of an address in the database) and without saving them upon completion of the operation. All payments are made directly through official third-party services.
4.2. The administration of LaFTon Bot takes reasonable measures to protect public information received from Telegram, but does not guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted through Telegram.
5. Policy changes
LaFTon Bot reserves the right to update or amend this Policy at any time. Changes will be notified by updating the text of this page and/or notifications inside the bot.
