The first charts illustrate the stages and machinery, which is used in the cement formulation, and the second is how cement is used to produce concrete building direction

Overall, the stuff, which is recycled, passes through 7 steps, before turning into cement. Then the cement with other 3 elements go through mixer for concrete production.

At first limestone and clay are crushed with 2 cylinders, each of them circling, but the first for clockwise and the second for counterclockwise. Then the gotten powder is blended in mixer and heated in rotating pipe. After that is grinded with a machine. Finally the received material, which is a cement, is collected in bags

There are 4 segments in the production of concrete. 15%, 10%, 25% and 50 % for cement, water, sand and gravel respectively. The cement drops from bags. The water is filled in with hose. The sand with gravel are put with shovels . The segments are turning into concrete, by mixing in special apparatus.
