These days, to find a balance with work and hobbies is widespread problem in developing countries. There some reasons why people can't spend enough time to improve other parts of their lives.

The primary reason is lack of time. In developing countries the employer requires people work 8 or more hours every day, so they physically can't spend time for other things. Also road to work might take some hours. Moreover, work takes much energy. After 8 hours of working, people who come to home thinks only about relaxing. There many jobs, where after working day people even can't think. Their minds are congested and tired. The third problem is work might prohibit to go far from it or. For example, there are several jobs such as medic, police officer, military and jobs that do not support online.

The solutions were wroten in books like "The Best that Money Can't Buy" and "Designing the future". There are no secrets for no one that people dont work for develop country or take satisfaction, they work for money. The author gives another work system without money. He though that robots could make hard labour instead of people, but jobs which can not be made by machines, people do. Also works in future will combine many people's interests, so they will spend time for all of them.

In conclusion, the direction is making a new work system, which not spend much time and energy and includes people's interests.
