Nowadays, people are spending more time away from their homes because they spend longer in their work

A question "How to earn more money" quotes more and more people choose stay at work overtime than go to home. In my opinion, work more is more advantageous. This is due to the fact that now it is the best time make money to improve your family's standard of living.

The primary advantage is that extra work can bring good money. Overtime work is generally rated positively, because there are so few people, who do a job more than normal. I know some people, who were working harder than others and progressing much faster in career. For example uncle, who lost everything after his father died, started business and had been working 10-12 hours a day for 5 years. Now he is the most successful in our family, so he is trying to help other relatives. As a result of his overwork was the fastest growth, I've ever seen.

The disadvantage is that you cant spend enough time to recharge. There is a saying among successful people "No pain - no gain", so role of pain is playing fatigue. The fatigue destroy your concentration, so people drink coffee to feel energy. I have an experience when i was preparing to the astronomy olympiad for 4 hours after school day and i felt very tired, but it earned me 2nd place.

In conclusion, the overwork can lead people to success, so the advantages of it cost more than disadvantage.
