2. General Provisions
2.1. This Policy applies to all interactions with LightTTSBot unless the Developer provides a separate policy.
2.2. The Bot is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with Telegram.
2.3. Compliance with Laws:
- The Bot and its Users must comply with all applicable laws, including the legislation of the Russian Federation.
- The Developer reserves the right to restrict access to the Bot for Users violating laws or this Policy.
2.4. By using the Bot, you agree to this Policy, Telegram’s Terms, and all applicable laws.
3. Data Collection
3.1. The Bot may collect:
- User ID, username, and language preferences.
- Text messages and files sent to the Bot for processing.
- Anonymous usage statistics (e.g., frequency of requests).
3.2. Data is collected only for the Bot’s functionality (text-to-speech conversion).
4. Data Processing and Storage
4.1. The Developer processes data to provide services and improve the Bot’s performance.
4.2. User data is stored on secure servers and is not shared with third parties, except:
- When required by law (e.g., lawful requests from Russian authorities).
- To protect the Developer’s rights or prevent violations.
4.3. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the Bot’s operation.
5. User Rights
5.1. Users may:
- Request access to or deletion of their data via https://t.me/cryalsss.
- Opt out of data processing by ceasing use of the Bot.
5.2. The Developer will respond to requests within 30 days.
6. Prohibited Actions
6.1. Users must not:
- Use the Bot for illegal purposes under Russian law (e.g., spreading extremist content, violating copyrights).
- Attempt to disrupt the Bot’s operation or access unauthorized data.
6.2. Violations may result in termination of access and reporting to authorities.
7. Disclaimer
7.1. The Bot is provided "as is." The Developer is not responsible for:
- Inaccuracies in generated audio.
- Damages arising from misuse of the Bot.
7.2. The Developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Bot at any time.
8. Compliance with Russian Legislation
8.1. The Bot operates in accordance with:
- Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (for Russian Users).
- Regulations on information, IT, and data protection.
8.2. The Developer cooperates with law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation in cases of lawful requests.
9. Policy Changes
9.1. Updates to this Policy will be posted at: https://t.me/light_tts/5. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of changes.
