Chat Rules

1.1 PURPOSE OF THE CHAT

The chat is intended for:

  • discussing the game and game mechanics;
  • looking for a group, guild, raid, or teammates;
  • helping newcomers;
  • sharing guides, screenshots, stories, and useful materials;
  • discussing project news;
  • collecting feedback;
  • running community activities.

Criticism of the game, balance, updates, and team decisions is allowed, provided it is constructive and free of insults.

1.2. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN PARTICIPANTS

A respectful tone must be maintained in the chat.

Prohibited:

  • insulting other participants;
  • making it personal;
  • provoking conflicts;
  • harassing a player or a group of players;
  • making threats;
  • deliberately interfering with normal communication;
  • pursuing a player across different channels after being asked to stop contact.

Allowed:

  • arguing about mechanics, builds, and decisions;
  • disagreeing with other players' opinions;
  • criticizing the game and individual systems;
  • asking the team uncomfortable questions;
  • discussing problems, as long as it is done based on facts and without personal attacks.

1.3. CRITICISM AND TOXICITY

Criticism is allowed. Toxicity is not.

Constructive criticism: "After the tutorial, the player lacks a clear next goal. Because of this, some newcomers may leave without understanding what to do next."

Non-constructive violation: "The developers don't understand anything, the moderators are useless, the game is dead."

If a discussion turns into a conflict, moderation may:

  • ask participants to return to the topic;
  • delete individual messages;
  • issue a warning;
  • temporarily restrict the ability to write in the chat;
  • move the case review to a report / ticket;
  • close the discussion if it is disrupting the community.

1.4. SPAM, FLOODING, AND OFF-TOPIC

Prohibited:

  • repeatedly posting the same message;
  • posting messages entirely in caps;
  • mass-tagging players, moderators, or the team without necessity;
  • posting advertisements for third-party projects without prior approval;
  • posting referral links;
  • dragging discussions into prolonged off-topic in themed channels;
  • deliberately preventing other participants from using the chat.

Off-topic may be acceptable in specially designated channels, provided it does not violate the other rules.

1.5. SCAMS, TRADING, AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

Strictly prohibited:

  • selling, buying, or transferring accounts;
  • posting phishing links;
  • impersonating the administration, a moderator, support, or a team representative;
  • asking for passwords, codes, emails, access credentials, or other account data;
  • offering ways to bypass restrictions or third-party tools to gain an advantage;
  • promising rewards on behalf of the team without proper authority.

Scams, phishing, attempts to steal an account, and impersonation of a team representative may result in an immediate ban without prior warning.

1.6. BUGS, EXPLOITS, AND UNFAIR ADVANTAGE

If a player discovers a bug or vulnerability, they must report it to the team through the designated reporting channel.

Prohibited:

  • posting instructions on how to use a bug;
  • encouraging other players to use a bug;
  • gaining an advantage through a known vulnerability;
  • selling or distributing information about an exploit.

Public discussion of an issue is allowed only without reproduction instructions and without calls to use it.

1.7. POLITICS AND SENSITIVE TOPICS

The official game community is not a platform for political, religious, national, or other controversial discussions.

Prohibited:

  • inciting arguments on sensitive topics;
  • using real-world tragedies or conflicts for provocations;
  • bringing real political and social conflicts into the game chat;
  • provoking participants based on country, language, nationality, religion, or other personal characteristics.

Moderation may stop a discussion if it is destroying the atmosphere of the community or provoking conflict.

1.8. APPEALS

A participant may file an appeal if they believe a moderation decision was wrong.

The appeal must include:

  • nickname;
  • date of the penalty;
  • type of penalty;
  • a brief description of the situation;
  • why the participant believes the decision was wrong;
  • any additional evidence or context.

An appeal does not guarantee that the penalty will be reversed, but it does guarantee that the decision will be reviewed again.
