Привет! Меня зовут Лина, я сама обожаю красивые и уникальные фотографии, поэтому нашла способ, как воплотить любые идеи с помощью современных технологий. Сейчас расскажу вам, как всё устроено и что для этого нужно!

1. Подписка на бота

Откройте бота в телеграм по ссылке.

Для обучения собственной LORA потребуется подписка, главное меню/профиль/ подписка выберите тарифный план и оплатите. У меня Basic, этого вполне достаточно.

2. Обучаем Lora

После того как вы оформили подписку и зашли в бота, можно переходить к следующему шагу — загрузке ваших фотографий и созданию персональной модели.

1. Выбираем название, в моем случае это "Лина"
2. Назначение выбираем "для персонажей"
3. Выбираем 30-50 фото с вашим лицом, можете выбрать несколько в полный рост, чтобы Лора обучилась и вашему телосложению и фото получались более гармоничными.

Вот несколько советов для качественного результата:

• Разнообразие ракурсов: добавьте фото в анфас, профиль, с разными выражениями лица.
• Освещение: снимки должны быть сделаны при хорошем освещении. Идеально — дневной свет или студийные условия.
• Фон: используйте нейтральный или однотонный фон, чтобы система сосредоточилась на ваших чертах.
• Качество: избегайте размытых фото. Чем выше качество, тем лучше результат.

4. Умножаем количество выбранных фото на 40 и полученное число указываем в "Шаги". Например, если вы загрузили 50 фотографий, то ставим 2000 шагов
5. Ждем 7-10 минут пока модель обучится. Когда обучение завершится, вы получите уведомление о готовности модели.

3. Настройка модели

Далее нам необходимо настроить модель.

1. Выбираем соотношение сторон, у меня обычно это 5:4.
2. Креативность и Шаги выкручиваем на максимум
3. Сила Лоры: у меня обычно 1,30, но можно выкрутить и на максимум до 1,50.
4. Нажимаем "Сохранить и вернуться" и можем приступать к генерации.

4. ПРОМТ

Теперь, когда ваша модель готова, самое время научиться составлять промты — запросы, которые помогут нейросети создать изображения именно такими, какими вы их представляете. Это несложно, нужно лишь немного фантазии и пара правил.

Что такое промт?

Промт — это текстовое описание, которое вы отправляете боту, чтобы задать стиль, настроение и детали будущего изображения. Чем подробнее и точнее ваш запрос, тем лучше будет результат.

Есть 2 варианта попробовать составить промт из головы, если есть какая-то идея или попросить помощи у другой нейросети :) Промты можно писать как на русском, так и на английском языках.

Если вы выбрали второй вариант, то для этого нам нужно:

1. найти красивый референс для нашей фотосессии, например, в Pinterest;
2. в главное меню/ GPTs/Claude/Gemini/Управление переходим во вкладку GPTs и вводим в поиске "Flux" и активируем, далее возвращаемся на вкладку
Все модели и выбираем GPTs: Flux Promt Wizard

3. Далее прикрепляем фото и пишем "промт", нажимаем "отфильтрованный ответ" и "скопировать"

5. Создание фото

В главное меню/ Дизайн с ИИ/ Flux1.1 PRO и отправляем готовый промт.

Не бойтесь пробовать разные варианты. Нейросеть работает быстро, и вы сможете увидеть результат практически мгновенно. Если первый запрос не дал идеального результата повторите до получения нужного результата :)
