LET'S START

We were contacted by a massage parlor that was preparing to open. The primary goal was to assess the demand in a particular geographical area to eliminate unnecessary risks. Additionally, we aimed to recruit masseuses quickly to get the salon operational as soon as possible.

Testing demand was our top priority, so we began by attracting customers.

WE DECIDED TO SEND AD TRAFFIC TO:

Calls are more familiar to residents of the selected area, but writing to a chatbot is easier and faster than calling.

Furthermore, by writing to a chatbot, potential customers can keep in touch with the salon when they see the advertisement and return to it when they have time. Many men see advertisements while at work, on the go, or next to their wives, making them less likely to call but more likely to write to the chat.

RESULTS

The cost per application via the bot was $1.13, while the cost per call was $4.28. This screenshot clearly shows that a request left in the bot is almost four times cheaper than a call. Additionally, there were fewer real calls than those counted in the system.

However, the applications from the bot were active and fully satisfied our client. For just $100 of the advertising budget, we confirmed that there is high demand and we could attract customers solely through advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

THEREFORE, WE MOVED ON TO ATTRACTING MASSEUSES TO WORK IN THE SALON!

We decided to send ad traffic to messages in the bot, which provided detailed information about the job. This ensured that only those girls who understood the details of the vacancy would come for an interview.

After spending less than $120, we received 22 applications.

I don't know the exact number of interviews, but from these 22 applications, we successfully hired a masseuse.

The cost of attracting her was less than $120.
