The Guidelines
1. Our talent will act according to the information provided in the client's form. We kindly request not to make major revisions during the rental session as it can greatly inconvenience the talent.
2. Cancellation requests can only be made up to 5 days before the rental session. Cancellation requests made 3 days before the rental session will only receive a 70% refund. Cancellation requests made on the day of the session will be declined. Please note that reschedule are preferably suggested.
3. We kindly ask that any complaints or concerns regarding the talent be communicated in a respectful manner to the manager, so that a solution can be discussed. This will help avoid any awkwardness between the talent and the client during the rental session.
4. It is mandatory for clients to provide testimonials for our talent. After the rental period ends, the manager will contact the client regarding the testimonial.
5. Before filling out the form, please make sure to read our talent' profile on carrd to understand the terms and conditions proposed by the talent.
6. For rental periods longer than seven days, it needs to be discussed in advance. If no agreement is reached during the discussion, the client can only choose from the rental periods offered on our talent' schedule board.
7. Requests for additional services (that do not violate talent' terms and conditions) can be inquired about through the manager. Please understand that additional charges may apply.
8. The manager will contact the client through the provided account if our talent has any sudden matters to attend to.
9. The manager has the right to reprimand the client during the rental session if our talent reports any behavior that makes the talent uncomfortable.
10. It is emphasized that conversations between the talent and the client should never be disclosed to third parties, as we respect the client's privacy.
11. While we provide top-quality services from our best talent, please note that our talent only works for a maximum of 12 hours. After that, hourly rental fees will be applied. For hourly rentals outside of working hours, it must be discussed with the manager beforehand.
