How to find your ride provider at Dalaman Airport (DLM)

Once you have located your transfer representative, simply present this e-ticket to them and you will be escorted to your vehicle.

The day before you are due to be picked up you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message confirming your pick up time, meeting point and your ride provider's contact details.

In the event of a delay due to a late arrival or, if you are unable to locate your representative, please contact your ride provider using the details provided by either SMS or WhatsApp.
