Every time when I go outside at night, I become a victim or witness of a transgression. So now I want to tell you about one case that happened 2 days ago, on 15th of June in New York, Middle Street.

Actually, at that day the weather was noble: the light wind and clear sky without any clouds. So I decided to go to the nearest shop, buy some chocolate and then walk the long way. It was almost 11 pm, when I walked into the store, which called “Planet”. In fact, there were only 5 or 6 customers in it. However, one man who was in the next line of the market seemed very strange to me, so I started watching him. Suddenly, I saw that he was putting some products to his pocket but I did not say anything, because I thought he would pay for them. Then I found out that he was going straightly to the door without giving any money. Seller, who was sitting at the cash desk, stopped him and asked to show his pocket. Yet instead of this the thief, pulled his weapon from inner pouch of his jacket and shot two times to the ceiling. Everyone was terrified and started screaming, some people tried to ran out, but the shoplifter locked the door and made everyone lie down. After that when he was stealing everything, abruptly the police broke into the store and immediately caught him. It was a big load off our shoulders. Fortunately, it was a camera in the shop and it could prove that he is an offender.

Truthfully, I still keep in mind every detail of this incident, because it is the worst offense that I have ever seen with my own eyes. Honestly, I do not know what sentence the shoplifter received, but I just hope that he got what he deserved.

3. Some people did not follow the rules in quarantine period and walked in social places without specific reason and medical masks.

What problems disobedience to the rules may arise, and how can these problems be tackled?

Nowadays the situation with COVID-19 is getting more and more serious.

However, there are humans that do not take these circumstances with the right attitude. Consequently, they create problems that are difficult to deal with. So there are measures that can be taken to solve them.

One of the first problems of disobeying established orders is the ease with which people can spread this virus to one another. For example, one diseased person can contaminate more than 400 people. Actually, it is a really big number. From this arises another major problem: the more people are getting sick, the faster economy of the country is going down. The country’s budget will be severely strained because all the money goes to treatment and medicine of infected.

It is important that action is taken to combat these problems. Government should enact new laws related to quarantine measures and set punishments for perpetrators in accordance with them. Additionally, must be admitted that humans will be obedient only when the rules are severe. Therefore, fines should be higher. Only by this way people can be made to comply with regulations, because they will understand that violation can lead to financial complexities.

To sum up, COVID-19 is a grave disaster for the planet and humanity. Therefore, people must comprehend that they can be the reason of someone’s death and that breaking the rule can only aggravate the situation and make difficulties in getting rid of coronavirus. Humans should help each other by staying at home or wearing masks outside and maintaining a distance. Be safe!
