Offline Flower Shop, with delivery and online order services. Far from downtown, hard to reach without a car, lack of live audience to sell goods personally. So a decision to look for lids on the internet was the best one.

Unique trade offer:

  • "Ready to pick-up" bouquets with fresh exotic flowers.
  • Deliver to every part of the city 24/7.

Main goals:

  • To create and develop social media networks. Make it easy to use, with user-friendly content, entertaining posts, and informative stories.
  • To fill the web-site with relevant content. Prepare networks as a part of trade funnel.
  • Provide potential customers with qualified information to make them do all steps on the way to buy.
  • Attract a potential audience, engage, and warm up for sales.

Channels for promotion:

Instagram, VK, and own website.

Valuable content to create a community around the brand.

Important points I provided:

  1. Description and hot links in the header of the Instagram Account.
  2. Highlighted Stories with attractive covers. Some of them were filled ones and the others have been updated in order to the changes.
  3. TOV and script of communication on DM.
  4. Usage of brand's colors and fonts.
  5. Usage of hashtags.
  6. CTA in texts.

Interesting ideas I've implemented:

  1. Developed customized postcards with a special message according to the case.
  2. Morning offer "Coffee and Flowers" in one box.
  3. Unusual names for the most popular positions instead of numbers or descriptions.
  4. Initiated several offline master classes for the florists to attract attention and share with the audiences.
  5. Created a digital event calendar to remember special dates when flowers are needed.

FB Ads campaigns:

By segmentation of the audiences;

By events and holidays offers;

For limited offers and for a brand awareness increase sake.

Results:

In 3 months I could attract 3000 subscribers and 5 orders a day directly on Instagram

I've gathered the first 500 subscribers in an organic way. The other part came with Ads, viral content, and Giveaways.

Publics on VK were popular as well. I've developed them in order to be a self-reminder for a customer with an offer as a solution.

I've developed valuable digital guides for every customer. Taking care of every order increased loyalty.
