The Dustland review
DustLand is the world's first Proof of Workout audio game (there will be a different playlist for each mission while you run), in which completing runs in the real world gives you virtual rewards (NFT / $DOSE tokens) that you can use to upgrade and advance your adventure.

Basic features of the game
Dustland Runner has 4 fundamentals that influence design and development:
- Fitness First, a tracking metric app that allows players to set their own goals.
- Immersive Narrative Mystery - A narrative story of the hero's destiny that unfolds as the story progresses.
- Full freedom of action in terms of earning. As described above, you can sell $DOSE tokens, as well as the NFT themselves.
- Free economy - players can start the game for free.
Tasks and how to do them.
Missions are a kind of energy in stepn, but here there are various factors in the form of difficulties: distance, differences in rewards and additional weather conditions. Also, in addition to just running, various additional character storylines open up with the completion of the mission.
▫️ In addition to the usual game with a backpack, you can purchase a vehicle that will allow you to perform missions of a higher level of difficulty.
▫️ There are lands (the same ones we will be running through). The lands will have rarity and size. Each player who passes through the land and collects the land owner's resources will give a portion to the land owner.
▫️ There is also a crafting system, item upgrades, there is a battle pass and a season mode with a different storyline. In addition to the storyline is planned to launch a pvp mode with player rating, as well as clan battles with raiding plots of land.
Mission Selection
When selecting the race that suits us, the following information will be displayed:
Distance - the distance that the player must run from his current (in-game) location to the place where he can deliver the cargo and get the reward.
Cargo - items to be delivered to the customer to get the reward.
Customer - the character who needs to deliver the cargo.
Description - a brief excursus as to who the customer is, what he needs and why.
Reward(s) - the maximum reward the player can get for delivering the cargo to the destination in pristine condition.
Reward difficulty level - the recommended power level of the reward.
Prediction - A list of events that may occur during the drawing of the reward. For example include:
○ Pirate Hijacking.
○ Bandit chase
○ Monster attack
○ Unfavorable weather conditions (sandstorm, solar flare, etc.)
Transport (will be added soon)
Although it is not required for the game, players will want to purchase NFT for vehicles as soon as possible. Each vehicle has a number of immutable properties that approximate the rarity of an NFT vehicle.
Vehicles offer various advantages for shipping cargo. Examples:
● Power level is a value that denotes the overall utility of the vehicle. A higher level means that the player can perform more difficult tasks.
● Total number of available equipment slots. Smaller vehicles have fewer slots for relic modifications.
● Speed. The higher the speed, the less distance the player must run to fulfill the reward.
● Range - the maximum distance the vehicle can cover in one mission.
● Protection - the protection the vehicle provides against attack.
● Attack. Offensive power used to repel the attacks you will encounter during your races.
Without transportation We will run with a backpack, our power will have the average of all our NFTs in our inventory.
Land and Resources
Each mission is within a plot of land. The number of plots is limited, and each plot can be purchased by the player during a land package sale. Initially, the number of available land plots will be small, and new ones will be added to expand The Dustlands game space. We will gradually increase the amount of land available so that land is scarce and valuable to players.
Each player who traverses a land in a race collects a certain amount of resources provided on that land. Some of these resources go directly to the player who owns the land.
Runners can choose their own route to their destination.
The game is tied to the creation and improvement of a vehicle, although it is not necessary to pass the missions, the developer notes that its presence is important for progress.
The game will use 3 types of materials/resources for crafting:
● Land Resources - can be obtained by going through the lands of this resource type, used for rewards and augmentation.
● Relics (NFT) - can be obtained by completing rewards, used for crafting.
● Augmentation Crystals - rare items that can be obtained for rewards used to give relics magical properties (can be obtained as a rare trophy in rewards, trials and combat passes).
Battlepass (will be added soon)
Battlepass is a linear progression system that will be added later in development, where players receive rewards for consistent participation over an extended period of time. Each season, players will be able to purchase a Battlepass, which will allow them to earn sweet rewards at each level of development.
Rewards include:
● Season-exclusive NFTs.
● DOSE tokens
● Relics
● Reinforcement Crystals
In the future it will be possible to create your own clans and make runs to ravage other people's lands, for this the leader needs to purchase land.
All runners in the clan will be able to temporarily transfer (this is safe) their items to the clan leader to strengthen the power of the fortifications.
Rewards will be distributed to each clan proportionally based on the ratio of how long a fortification has lasted compared to the overall fortification power rating. Trying to explain this passage in the White Book, it is reasonable to assume that even the losing clan will not be left without a reward, even though it will probably receive far fewer resources.

Pros and Cons
Disclaimer
Play-to-Earn games can be highly risky due to price volatility. It is worth remembering that the tokens used by Dustland runner are not only in-game currency, but also cryptocurrency traded on an exchange. This type of investment requires a balanced approach. Gamers' investment in the game could suffer. We do not encourage you to invest your money in such products, and we are not responsible for any money lost. All investments you make are at your own risk.
