Today, I have Sarah with me again.
Thanks to her, we're able to show the technique not in words, but in practice - the way it really works.
Everything you will see is demonstrated at a real pace - so you can repeat each movement, apply the bandage and understand how it feels.

Why do you need a breast bandage ?
There are many reasons.
Sometimes it's a matter of physical condition - swelling, post-surgery, trauma.
Sometimes it's about perception of yourself and your body.
One thing is important: if you need to bandage your breasts, it's better to know how to do it without harm.

🔹 4. ОСНОВНОЙ ПАРТ (ТАМ СИСЬКИ) - PRACTICAL GUIDE
Каждая строчка для закадровой озвучки соотвествтует действию, которое нужно сделать. Картинка должна выглядеть на монтаже как пошаговый реальный гуид, где действие и слово идут паралельно.

The chest bandage can be different - according to the situation.
A slash bandage is for emergency care.
Supportive - after surgery, for swelling.
Partial - on one breast. Full - on both.

Option 1: one breast - ЭТОТ ТЕКСТ ПОЯВЛЯЕТСЯ НА ЭКРАНЕ
- Raise the gland.
- The first coil - under the breast, not tight.
- Then diagonally up over the shoulder and down into the armpit.
- Another coil - under the breast, up again.
- With each layer, lift the chest without squeezing.
- Secure. Check breathing and sensations.

Option 2: both breasts - ЭТОТ ТЕКСТ ПОЯВЛЯЕТСЯ НА ЭКРАНЕ
- Start under the rib cage - fixing tour.
- Diagonally up over the shoulder → down under the second chest.
- Back across back to first shoulder → wrap around first breast.
- Alternate layers until firmly secured.
- Even pressure, no twisting.

Errors:
- First coil too tight
- Skipping underarm area
- Tension in the front without compensating in the back
- Compression of ribs or diaphragm
- Bandage twisting during transitions

If anything is wrong, we take it off and bandage it.
The bandage should not interfere with life. It's supposed to hold it in place.
