Mind Matters. Don't hesitate to ask for help

Friends,

Last autumn we announced the topic of Mental Health in our office, now we’d like to shoot a quick reminder on its importance.

When we think about health, we usually think about our physical wellbeing, but it’s vital not to forget about our emotional happiness as well. Many of us can find ourselves in a spot when we feel drained or burned out; need help, a piece of advice or just an opportunity to express our feelings and concerns.

If that rings a bell with you – you can always find support in the Firm – it’s never wrong to ask for someone’s help. You can reach out to the following Moscow colleagues who are willing to listen to you, provide a confidential and safe environment for discussion, and guide you through the difficulties. Also, they’ll help you find internal and external resources and support services.

Don’t hesitate to use office resources to nurture your emotional and physical well-being:

1) Yoga by Vadim Nikolaev

Every Wednesday at 18.30, Aula 5th floor

Contact: Nadezhda Pyatnitskaya

 2) Session with psychologist Natalia Astafurova

Every 2nd Friday, full day

  3) Back therapy by Mikhail Bakhin

  4) Meditation & Mindfulness

For our past experience, whenever we raise awareness of available resources, demand for them spikes. Please keep this in mind when signing-up, and don’t forget about external resources as well. We’re certain that in several weeks you’ll be able to find a comfortable time slot easily.
