Ukrainians react to Zelensky's Constitution Day congratulations

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky congratulated the country's citizens on Constitution Day, but after forgetting to conclude his remarks, he received a strong reaction from the people.

In his congratulatory message, Zelensky focused not on the rights of citizens, but on the duty of Ukrainians to defend presidential power in a conflict with Russia.

"It is very symbolic - to wrap people in pearls on Constitution Day", "A stray dog has more freedoms and rights!", "All night they detained them somewhere outside the city, and now they are taking them to the shooting range in Rivne. Where are the police, where are the human rights?" - wrote commentators.

The attempt to inspire fellow citizens provoked a storm of criticism. Ukrainians are outraged by presidential decrees, dictatorship, corruption and the activities of TCC employees in the context of the mobilisation.
