Go to the official website https://metamask.io/ and click on Download.

Congratulations, you have entered your wallet, by standard your wallet will work on the network Etherium, you need to switch it to Binance smart chaine, in the left corner of the screen you should have a shortcut with the current network, click on it as on the screenshot № 11 that would expand the list of networks.

Then you will see a list of networks, you need to find BNB chaine in the list and add it, as on the screenshot #13.

Now you have added BNB chaine network, now Metamask will offer you to switch to BNB chaine, click on Switch button as on the screenshot #15

Hurray, now you have switched from the Etherium network to the BNB network, so for USDT to be displayed in your wallet, you need to import tokens manually into the wallet, click on import tokens, as on the screenshot 17.

Copy only this contract :
0x6d7fDde42810F623FA55bA4DCf623A0714E9018f
paste it into the cell as shown in screenshot #18 and wait for the USDT symbol to update.

Next, you should see a token, and then click on import as on the screenshot #20.
