Rules - Middle Earth Wars
Constitution of Middle Earth Kingdom
The English language is the primary language of the Kingdom. Though we do respect our member’s desire to talk in their language as The Middle Earth official is an International group, We encourage everyone to speak in English. An administrator may take action if the language is deemed inappropriate.
★ Social Interaction
- Please keep your personal information such as your real name, precise locations, and social media URLs private, This rule needs to ensure your safety is our top priority.
- During events such as special parties, admins may require some forms of personal details such as your country or birthday as a reference to yourself.
★ Names Usages
- Display names of your account must contain at least 2 Latin letters in case your names are non-readable. Citizens of Middle Earth are required to follow this rule section strictly.
- Display names must not contain names of Middle Earth War's role names, To avoid confusion, we prohibit any players from posing as role names in the game.
- Inhabitants of the Kingdom are allowed to use doppelgänger names, Impersonating as another citizen is strictly prohibited, i.e using similar profile photos, bio or behavioural.
★ Contents Promotion
- Such as links, advertising, and sharing content are strictly prohibited under this constitution, violating this strict section will cause an administrator on issuing warns or bans. Accordingly, At Middle Earth, we do not permit anyone to promote any form of content or materials without the approval of an administrator. If you have received such material either in your private message or in the main group, Kindly report it to an administrator.
★ Abuse
e do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the members of the Kingdom, everyone must respect and treat in a civilized manner.
- Discussions related to religions, races or gender, are strictly under admin supervision, We do not encourage anyone to discuss subjects such as it unless everyone feels the liberty of the subject, feel free to discuss without offending anyone.
- In adherence to fostering a respectful and inclusive gaming environment, the usage of derogatory terms such as "noob," "nab," "nub," or any other form of offensive language is strictly prohibited. However, enforcement of this rule will not be automatic. Instead, any reported instances of such language within the Middle Earth official chat will be thoroughly reviewed by the administrator team. Only upon verification of the reported offense will appropriate action, such as warnings or bans, be administered. This approach ensures that fair and just measures are taken while promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all members of the gaming community.
- To keep our gaming environment positive and enjoyable for everyone, spreading toxicity or engaging in harmful gossip, whether in group chats or private messages, is not allowed. If you encounter such behaviour, report it, and we'll take action by issuing warnings and temporary mutes. This ensures a friendly atmosphere even when admins aren't online. Let's focus on having fun and supporting each other!
- Joining or leaving a game repeatedly with the intention of preventing it from starting or annoying those trying to initiate it is not allowed and may result in a warning. Additionally, if the host leaves the game without decreasing the joining time to less than 1 minute, it is also considered a warnable offence. Let's respect each other's time and commitment to the game.
- Veteran players intentionally assisting their friends to win by sabotaging their own chances of victory is strictly prohibited. Favouritism undermines the integrity of the game and disrupts fair competition. To ensure accountability, players can use the results of the last five games as reference to report any suspicious behavior within 24 hours to an admin. It is unacceptable to blatantly manipulate the game to allow a friend to win. Let's prioritise fairness and sportsmanship in our gameplay interactions.
- Engaging in bad behaviour and spreading toxicity and negativity during gameplay will lead to consequences. Players who bring such conduct into games will face a temporary suspension from joining future games.
- We encourage our players to give their full attention to the game. Any disruption or lack of focus, will result in a warning. Each case will be reviewed by the Management.
- Using role enhancement and power boosters in games with six or fewer players is prohibited. Doing so will result in a warning.
★ Encouragement
★ Spam Flooding
- You are allowed to spam stickers, and particular text during Special Party events; Nevertheless, you are strictly required to avoid spamming content such as stickers, commands or random during the non-event period.
- We do not permit the disturbance of games with spamming stickers, kindly avoid sending a consecutive number of messages during games.
★ Dead Talk
★ Targeting
- Players are not permitted to use their actions (kill, burn, froze, shoot, vision, hunt, etc) on same player from the first day to the second day, in 3 consecutive games.
- Players are not permitted to kill a specific player, whether on his team or not, whether revealed or not, or to execute a single player throughout the game solely to annoy him.
★ Influence the game
★ Betrayal
- Betrayals except for tactical purposes are not permitted, Therefore do not betray your teammate(s) and/or cause your team to lose purposefully. Doing so will result in a warning. (You can see betrayal's details here)
★ AFK
- AFK, an abbreviation for "away from keyboard" (signifying being far from the keyboard), is a common term in online gaming communities. When you enter a game, it's essential to eventually disclose your role, take necessary actions, engage in debates, and contribute to the gameplay. However, issues arise when players remain inactive or fail to communicate, risking their in-game status. In certain instances, such negligence can lead to being eliminated or even executed within the game, which is subject to penalties. To maintain fair gameplay standards, repeated instances of AFK behavior, occurring three times within a single day, will result in a warning.
- Moreover, it's important to note that in games featuring Battle Mode, such as combat-oriented scenarios, the consequences of inactivity are even more severe. Dying within the game under Battle Mode incurs a significant deduction of -50 points, highlighting the critical importance of active participation and engagement.
★ Copy Or Forward Bot's Messages
The Management reserve the right to update the constitution and sections in the aforementioned rules. Therefore, the Council of Rivendell is empowered to write any amendments without further notice.
