🩸 EPISODE 13 — "The Final Blood"
The castle was shaking under the weight of the curse.
The Blood Moon hung in the sky, a crimson wound on the face of the world, its blood-red rain continuing to fall, thick and suffocating.
Inside Yoongi’s chamber, the ghosts of his family stood before him.
Hoseok and Nayoen, their bodies flickering in the shadows like broken souls, their eyes filled with nothing but rage.
Yoongi stood with Minji in his arms, his heart pounding in confusion, in terror, in something he couldn’t name.
The curse had been broken.
But in its place, the revenge of the dead had risen.
Hoseok took a step forward, his ghostly form flickering like an illusion, yet the power behind him was undeniable.
His voice was cold, cruel, as it sliced through the tension in the air.
"You thought you could escape this."
"But you were wrong, brother. This is the price you pay for your sins."
Minji held onto Yoongi tighter, her pulse racing, her heart fighting to keep up with the storm of emotions building inside her.
Hoseok’s eyes turned to her.
"You, little girl," he sneered, his voice like cold iron. "You think you’ve broken the curse?"
But before Minji could answer, Nayoen stepped forward, her form flickering violently as she spoke.
"This curse isn’t just about blood, Yoongi."
"It’s about death. About what happens when you cross the line and steal from the very souls that should’ve been left to rest."
Yoongi's eyes narrowed.
He had murdered his family. He had cursed them. But he never thought they would return in this form — seeking retribution. Vengeance.
But Minji... Minji had broken the curse.
She had done it for herself, for her own escape.
And Yoongi was going to protect her.
In a desperate movement, he pulled Minji behind him, his body blocking hers from the ghosts that now surrounded them.
"No." His voice was low, barely a whisper. "You’re not taking her. Not tonight."
"You don’t have a choice, Yoongi. You think you can escape this... But you can’t. This is your fate. Your doom."
Minji, still trembling behind Yoongi, suddenly felt an overwhelming surge of power.
She knew — she knew what had to be done.
The curse had been broken when she kissed him. But now, the final price of that kiss was upon them. The blood they had spilled. The lives they had ruined.
"Yoongi," Minji whispered, her voice steady and cold as she stepped between him and the ghosts.
"They came for you. And now it’s time for you to make the final choice."
Yoongi looked at her, his eyes filled with confusion and desire.
He could feel it — the pull she had over him. The love that had taken root despite everything.
But he didn’t understand. Not yet.
And then — the room cracked open.
The walls trembled with a dark force, the ghosts howling, their voices filling the air like broken echoes. Yoongi’s eyes widened as his family began to disintegrate, burning in a fire fueled by revenge.
Minji stepped forward.
Her eyes glowed with something otherworldly. The curse was broken, yes. But she was not innocent in this.
She had been a part of it all. She had taken Yoongi’s curse into herself.
And now, she had to finish it.
"I won’t let you die like this," she whispered. "But you have to choose."
Yoongi looked at her with dark eyes, realizing what she was about to do. He grabbed her wrist, his grip tight, holding her still.
"Minji... Don’t." His voice was gravelly, thick with need. "Don’t leave me."
But Minji wasn’t going to leave him.
She had become something darker in that moment.
She had become the one who could end it all.
In the last, blood-soaked kiss —
Minji kissed Yoongi with the power to sever his curse, to destroy everything they had built together.
But this time, she didn’t kiss him to break him.
She kissed him to end him.
And as her lips touched his, the walls of the castle crumbled.
The ghosts burned.
The Blood Moon shattered into dust.
In that final, agonizing moment — the world fell silent.
Yoongi’s body collapsed, his curse broken, his power gone.
And Minji? She stood amidst the ruins, her heart pounding in her chest.
