Grammar : Reflexive Pronouns.
Look at the chart below.

You can use Reflexive Pronouns when the subject and object in a sentence are the same.

Examples:

You are not to blame yourself. (subject is you, object is yourself)

The cat scratched itself. (subject is cat, object is itself)

You can come in and find yourselves a seat. (subject is you, object is yourselves)

Some more examples:

Would you like to help yourself to another drink?
I wish the children would behave themselves.
He found himself at the wrong exit.
I saw myself as a doctor.
She applied herself to the job.
He busied himself in the office.
She had to content herself with a couple of sweets
