How to prepare traditional Ash food

Ingredients for soup

200 grams of rice
100 grams of chickpeas
Beet leaves 500 g
Curd 150 g
Hot onion 2 tbsp
Dried mint, turmeric 1 tbsp

How to prepare Mustafa Arak soup

Put the peas that you soaked the night before with some water on the heat.
After an hour, add the pre-soaked rice and let the rice cook completely.
Then add the beet leaf vegetable, which is mostly used dry, and soak it in ash.
When the vegetables are cooked, add the hot onions to the stew.
Put some oil in a pan over medium heat, heat the oil, add 1 tablespoon of turmeric, then 1 tablespoon of dried mint in the oil, remove from the heat and quickly add to the boiling soup. This will make your soup taste better.
The curd is added at the end and turn off the flame.
At the end, some hot mint, hot onion and curd are poured on the soup.
