Discovery Land in the Moscow Seminary

In February 2024, a visit was made by the representative of the MECS, Dr. Chervonenko S.L. to the office of the international children's ministry Discovery Land Global . This ministry originated in Alliance Church in Appleton, Wisconsin. The ministry is based on a systematic Bible-based teaching program for children. Currently, DLG has partners in the USA, Latin America, Africa; and educational materials are presented in different languages: English, Spanish, French and others.

Dr. Chervonenko spent time studying the global experience of the DL ministry, got acquainted with an example of ministry in the church, and visited with representatives of the ministry two local churches where children's ministries are held. Issues of cooperation were discussed in detail, in particular, the first step was the conclusion of an agreement on the translation of materials into Russian and the further inclusion of the DL program in the educational process of MECS.
