........................................

The park is located almost in the center of the capital. From the Kremlin, it can be reached in just 10 minutes by bicycle along the promenade. In addition, near it there are intersections of as many as 3 metro lines: red (Park Kultury station), orange (October station) and brown, which connects these two stations.

The largest green space of the center was founded in 1928. Since its birth, the Park has undergone many reconstructions, the largest of which took place in 2011-2012. Then many illegal objects and self-construction were removed from the park.

The park has become a huge venue for events of various formats and masses. Here, completely different companies organize holidays: from banks to universities. There is always something to do for young people here.

"Where to go, what to do?"

Ride a bike or electric scooter

In the warm season, the park has many rental points for electric scooters, bicycles, skateboards and other vehicles.

There are bike paths along both sides of the promenade, and electric scooters are available at any bike parking lot.

The main thing is to be careful with pedestrians. In Moscow, they do not always comply with traffic rules and go on bicycle paths.

Go to the "Garage"

This is the most modern museum of contemporary art in Moscow. We wrote about it in more detail in a separate article about the Garage.

Climb the playgrounds

If childhood suddenly surged up on you, then you have at your disposal countless different unusual playgrounds

And this is far from the largest and most interesting playground in the Park.

Workout

In GP there are bases of several large sports brands. For example, every summer Adidas builds a football field in the park and holds competitions. Hero Race, Nike MSK, Reebok Runs, Beach Volleyball. It seems that I did not list a tenth of all sports activities in the PG. In winter, they build a freestyle track on a snowboard.

Here you can always play or see how others play

Climb up to the roof of the main entrance to the Park

Yes, you can climb this arch. Just need to go to the left (from the side of the street) base and go to the mini-museum of this arch. I will not spoil your view, but it’s unrealistically beautiful there

Skate

In winter, most of the park’s major paths are flooded with ice and skated on them. One of the largest ice rinks in the country is a must!

Visit many other attractions

In Gorky Park, an unrealistic amount of opportunities to entertain yourself. In the article, I highlighted my favorites. Something for yourself can be found on the official website of the park: http://www.park-gorkogo.com/what-to-do

How to get there:

The easiest way to get to PG is by metro. At your disposal are the metro stations Oktyabrskaya and Park Kultury. Walking from the metro is about 5-10 minutes.

Working hours:
24 hours a day! But it is worth considering that at night many entertainment can be closed :)
