How much the delivery cost?
Most often, delivery through us is free, as we try to choose for you the option of transport from rental companies that are geographically close to your location for delivery. Accordingly, delivery can be paid if there is a long distance from the rental to you: for example, you want a certain motorcycle that only one rental has, and it is far from your location

We only work with delivery :)
In our experience, out of 10 rentals where the client said that he would drive himself, not one ended with success: they say that plans have changed, they will arrive next week or simply stop contacting.
If you don't like something after receiving the transport delivery, you can refuse

Why can renters ask for a deposit?
Firstly, it is a guarantee for the rental, who gives his bike into the wrong hands, that if damaged, yes, or just like that, you will not leave the scooter on the street (there were such cases), but return it to him to pick up the deposit.
Secondly, the deposit is fully refundable if the scooter remains intact during use.

Is there insurance?
There is almost never full insurance for bikes, in Thailand the driver of the bike is insured, not the equipment. Cars with insurance are available in larger numbers.
It is better to discuss insurance separately with the manager and immediately indicate the desire for insurance when requesting.

After placing the order, the bike / car arrived, what's next?
After receiving the bike / car, you will be able to inspect it carefully. If you are completely satisfied with the bike /car, you need to pay the rent upon receipt.
For our work, we request a commission of 10% of the first rent and receive it separately from the cost of transport at the end, when you have already received it.

After a while, something happened to the bike / car, or I got into an accident, what are my actions?
Be sure to write to @MostManager and describe the situation, we will contact rental and coordinate you for further resolution of the issue
