An Open Letter to Software Developers
This is an open letter to developers of programs for personal computers and mobile devices. I will try to write briefly and only to the point. If you have like-minded people, leave comments and reactions, repost, use this text to the maximum and for its intended purpose (forward a copy to those developers whose work is interesting and important to you).
I like the modern choice of programs and applications. All programs have a number of unique advantages and their own disadvantages. I am satisfied with everything, and I want to thank all the developers and programmers for their work. You are great! Thank you.
The past 2024 has changed a lot; especially in the digital world. In my personal opinion, the changes are global in nature and are still ongoing. This is very good! Love for a number of programs and the changes that have occurred served as the main reason for writing this letter.
The main goal. I would really like to see many programs available on the Telegram-Apps platform. I will say it differently: I want to be able to launch my favorite applications through Telegram! This will be a great advantage for developers and very convenient for me and other users.
This letter is not an advertisement, I do not cooperate with Telegram and do not receive rewards. But if someone wants to thank and support for the idea, I will not refuse.
Telegram-Apps has become an excellent platform for applications that can compete well with software stores from Google and Apple. There are no analogues for individual programs and bots even on personal computers. In some areas, Telegram is already superior to all others: ease of use, accessibility, everything in one place (application, channel, chat, support bot, etc.), the ability to use stars and cryptocurrencies, light weight and no need to download and install on the phone, the ability to quickly respond to changes and stay in touch with the developers (feedback, support, news, reactions and comments), the ability to use the program on a phone, tablet and personal computer.
Many developers are very smart guys, and I try to communicate only with such. I hope that readers will be able to appreciate the full potential, the opening prospects and the quality benefits of Telegram-Apps as I see them. I understand that switching to a new platform is a difficult, and for some, expensive, decision. Even if the developer agrees to switch to a new platform, the process of switching to Telegram will definitely take time and effort (even to create a simple Bot). However, I believe that the future belongs to mobile applications in Telegram, and the monopoly and restrictions of Google, Apple, Microsoft and other giants of the IT industry can and should be pushed aside.
