MYM Project Team built the VentoX IPTV Player app as Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by MYM Project Team at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Our VentoX IPTV Player application is purely a player application that plays Third Party content owned by users. For this reason, our application does not contain any content or material. There is no content contrary to DMCA rules or policy in VentoX IPTV Player application. Our application is designed to play a link or link owned by its users. Copyrighted content provided by third-party providers VentoX IPTV Player is not affiliated with any third-party provider. For this reason, users are allowed to view their own content, we do not offer any content. We would like you to know that we, as MYM Project Team, are not responsible for this situation.

We want copyright holders to know that VentoX IPTV Player application is a player that plays Third Party content, Third Party content uploaded by users is copyright infringement and has nothing to do with VentoX IPTV Player and should not be associated.
VentoX IPTV Player app doesn't contain any built-in video content. The app is a simple video player that loads the content from the user's M3U or XSPF playlist (please see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M3U and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/XML_Shareable_Playlist_Format).
We don't distribute any playlists and can't be responsible for the user's playlist content. We respect our users privacy and don't track the content of their playlists.
If you have a playlist with some copyrighted content you should immediately stop using this playlist and delete it from VentoX IPTV Player app.
