Content creation and SEO optimization for the consulting company

Avrogan is a Swedish business that sells professional advice to B2B businesses and organizations, to help them solve problems. They do so through their in-house experts and external experts. The main service is servitization empowered by data analytics, modern digital solutions, and pricing and revenue management models. Avrogan has worked in 10+ industries such as mining & construction, automotive, robotics, agriculture, aerospace, IT, medical equipment, etc, with world-famous companies.

Work on the project

WEBSITE. When I joined the project, the website was in the process of moving to another domain. There were many mistakes during the transition, both technical and semantic. My task was to modernize and actualize the content, correct mistakes in the existing one, and optimize website content for search engines.

BLOG. Similarly, I've created copies for the corporative blog, including research, collaboration with clients and experts to create the most accurate and up-to-date content for the audience, selection of keywords in Keyword Planner and Semrush, writing an article, and implementing high-frequency keywords into the article.

SOCIAL MEDIA. After that, I extracted the main message from the article, added Call-to-action phrase and, posted it on Linkedin and Twitter.

SEO tasks:

  • Manage a full SEO optimization of the content on the website
  • Improve snippets, metatags, and the appearance of the website in the Search Engine
  • Rewrite metatags considering relevant keywords and key phrases
  • Add internal linking between categories.

What I have done:

  • Collected a semantic core on the topic - servitization, digitalization, OEM, manufacturer, digital solutions, Product as a Service, aftermarket pricing, b2b, etc.
  • Searched for the keywords, filtered them by relevance and high frequency, and inserted them into the existing text on the site. For serching keywords I used platforms as Keyword Planner and Semrush.
Using Keyword Planner for generating keywords
  1. On the campaign I used English-speaking countries plus Sweden. Places, where are our potential clients located.
  2. I set up English as a common language to all customers.
  3. High-frequency words (100k) is placing to the H1 heading
  4. Middle-frequency words (10-50k) is going to H2 heading or to the body of the text
  5. The other keywords are going to spread around the body text.
Implementing keywords to the website content
  • Improved snippets: shorten snippet for 24 words (180 characters). Snippets can show up to 320 characters.
  • Featured snippet with 4 categories (Explore Our Solution, Contact, See Our Services, About US)
  • Implemented relevant keywords to the meta description.
